In December, we featured an American Christmas, celebrating the composers and arrangers who have created many of our holiday memories.
We are grateful to our audience who braved very cold winter evening to join us.
In addition to our regular band the concert featured a string quartet. There were traditional pieces; “Winter Wonderland”, “The Christmas Song”, “Go Tell It On The Mountain”, as well as, the brilliant arrangements from American contemporary composers and arrangers.
If you were not able to join us, you might want to listen to Eric Whitacre’s “Glow”, “Almost There” by Michael W. Smith, Wes King & Amy Grant, as well as the many beautiful carols written by Alfred Burt.
