Good Morning Ireland Launching on Global Irish Radio Saturdays 1-3pm

Tom Flannery assisted by Katherine O'Sullivan, are back hosting Good Morning Ireland, Saturday afternoons from 1pm - 3pm CT. The show is launching on Global Irish Radio, a brand-new 24-hour streaming service featuring Irish radio programs from Ireland and around the globe.

This new platform seeks to be the leading streaming service for independently produced Irish radio programs, such as Good Morning Ireland. The service is geared towards the diaspora but should also find favor at home. It will be a single platform that brings together the global Irish radio community.

Tom and Katherine are delighted to be teaming up with Global Irish Radio and getting Good Morning Ireland back on air - "It's brilliant we are able to use this new platform to easily connect with listeners from Chicago and all over the world". - Tom

It is encouraged for listeners to phone in to request songs, promote their business and let the community know of any events taking place. Katherine mentions "We can't wait for our listeners to call in and advertise things going on around their communities, and to hear how our friends are doing through the pandemic".

"We are especially excited to receive the Irish news from Eileen Magner, who will be calling in from Mayo every week to give us the highlights in Ireland of the past seven days". Tom notes that the Irish sports highlights will be coming soon, presented by Tommy Marren.
